- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Insurance Products
Coversocks facilitates the purchase of insurance products underwritten by third-party insurance carriers. The insurance policy, not these Terms, governs the terms and conditions of your coverage. Please review your policy documents carefully.
Quotes provided through the Service are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to underwriting approval. Final premiums may differ from quoted amounts if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
Application Accuracy
You represent and warrant that all information provided in your insurance application is true, accurate, and complete. Material misrepresentations or omissions in your application may result in cancellation of your policy or denial of claims. This includes information about your claims history, disciplinary actions, and professional credentials.
Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a policy, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the quoted premium amount. Refund policies are governed by the terms of your insurance policy and applicable state regulations.
Account
You may create an account to access your policy documents, Certificate of Insurance, and manage your coverage. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Coversocks and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coversocks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
